FitAI Trainer is a fitness product, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a physician, physical therapist, or any other healthcare professional.
Exercise carries risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury and, in rare cases, serious medical events. By using FitAI Trainer you accept that you train voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
Talk to your physician first
Consult a physician before beginning this or any exercise program — especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, chest pain, dizziness, bone or joint problems, take medication for blood pressure or a heart condition, or have any other condition that could be affected by physical activity.
Screening is a safeguard, not a diagnosis
Before your first workout, FitAI Trainer runs a standard pre-exercise health screening (a PAR-Q-style questionnaire). If your answers raise a flag, the product will tell you to see a professional before training rather than guess. The screening reduces risk — it does not examine you, and it cannot replace medical judgment. Answer it honestly; your program's safety depends on it.
Stop if it hurts
If you feel pain, chest tightness, unusual shortness of breath, dizziness, or faintness, stop exercising immediately. When you report pain during a session, FitAI Trainer will not coach you through it — it is built to never guess about pain or injuries, and it will direct you to a healthcare professional when something looks like it needs one. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
No guaranteed results
Fitness outcomes vary with genetics, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and many other factors. FitAI Trainer builds evidence-informed programs, but no specific result is promised or implied.
