These terms are an agreement between you and FitAI Trainer ("we", "us") covering the FitAI Trainer app and the fitaitrainer.com website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Signup verifies your age.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the profile and health information you provide — your program is only as safe and as good as the inputs it is built from.
- One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
2. The Service
FitAI Trainer generates personalized training programs, coaching conversations, and workout media (video and trainer-voice audio) using generative AI, as described in the AI-Coaching Disclosure. The Service is a fitness product, not a medical service — see the Health Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Free tier. Onboarding, health screening, and your first 3 AI-generated workouts are free. No card is required.
- Paid tiers. Core ($9.99/mo or $99.99/yr), Coach ($14.99/mo or $149.99/yr), Studio ($24.99/mo or $249.99/yr), and Studio+ ($34.99/mo or $349.99/yr), in USD. Each tier's features and monthly allowances are listed on the pricing page; annual plans include the same monthly allowances.
- Store billing. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed by the store under its terms. Prices shown at the point of purchase govern.
- Renewal and cancelation. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime through your store subscription settings (App Store or Google Play); cancelation stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for store purchases are handled by the store's refund policy.
- Allowances. Video-minute and media-credit allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over unless the app says otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anyone other than yourself, or misrepresent health information to bypass safety screening;
- attempt to extract, probe, or manipulate the underlying AI systems, or use the Service to generate content unrelated to your own training;
- reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or rehost the Service or its generated media;
- interfere with the Service's operation or other members' use of it.
5. Your content and generated media
- You keep ownership of the information you provide. You give us permission to process it to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Workout programs, videos, and narration generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service.
6. Disclaimers
- The Service provides fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek professional care if you experience pain or symptoms.
- AI-generated content can be imperfect. We validate every generated workout with automated safety checks, but we cannot guarantee any particular fitness outcome.
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support@fitaitrainer.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we do, store-billed subscriptions remain governed by the store's refund policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. New versions are published here with a new version number and date, and the app will ask you to review material changes before you continue. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
